Storage & heating instructions
Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and always follow the use-by date printed on every pack. To keep meals longer, freeze them at −18°C or below, then thaw overnight in the fridge and heat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze a thawed meal.
All proteins are fully cooked in our kitchen. Heat every meal until it is steaming hot right through (74°C or above in the centre) before serving.
Refrigerate at 5°C or below
Keep every vacuum-sealed pack in the fridge at 5°C or below. The use-by date printed on the pack always applies.
Freeze for up to 3 months
To keep meals longer, freeze at −18°C or below for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge, heat within 24 hours and never refreeze a thawed meal.
Heat until steaming hot
Every protein leaves our kitchen fully cooked. Reheat until the centre is steaming hot (74°C or above), adding 30-second bursts if needed.
Serve it the way we do
For the best experience, serve with fresh lime, a side salad, or your favourite fresh herbs.
Heating times by component
Open the pack and heat the meal in a microwave-safe dish — never in the vacuum pack. Times are for an 1100 W microwave. Times vary with your appliance — always heat until steaming hot right through.
Protein skewers (chicken, lamb backstrap, eye fillet)
One protein pack per serve — the net pack weight is printed on the label and shown on each product page.

Saffron, barberry or sabzi herb rice
Stir once at the end so the heat runs through the grain.

Vegetables heat fastest — stop as soon as they are steaming.
