Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you order from Persian Meal, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through persianmeal.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. Meals are cooked fresh to order, so we may need to contact you if an item becomes unavailable. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery is charged at $10 within 10 km of the Melbourne CBD and $15 beyond that. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Food safety, allergens and your responsibilities
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles a range of ingredients. Allergen and 'may contain' information is listed on every product page, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Meals are vacuum sealed and must be refrigerated on arrival, or frozen for later. Once meals are delivered, safe storage and reheating are your responsibility — follow the storage and heating instructions supplied with your order.
Delivery
We deliver across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs within two to four days of your order. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. You must provide an accurate address and make sure someone can receive perishable food, or nominate a safe place.
Catering
Catering and event orders are quoted individually and may be subject to a deposit and separate cancellation terms, which we will confirm in writing before the booking.
Website content and intellectual property
All text, photography and branding on this site belong to Persian Meal and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep menu, price and allergen information accurate and reserve the right to correct errors.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for loss caused by incorrect delivery details, or by food that has not been stored or reheated as instructed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
